Personally I don't see that it matters what these guilds do. I think i recognise the guild names, dont remember anyone in particular who I thought had a bad attitude or anything, but if they do their own rvr groups all the time, it wouldnt matter anyway would it? I'm sure they are all good guilds. If you must look for someone to blame for people leaving other guilds for some rvr guilds, it can only be the player, not the guild. If they choose to leave, after spending up to 50 levels with your own guild, then that suggests they probably arent the type you want in your guild anyway.
Personally I have a lot of fun in our relatively small guild, making rvr groups, xp'ing together sometimes, arranging events, taking some alb/mid keeps, making some new bg1 characters and having fun there, etc, etc, etc. As long as your having fun with people you enjoy playing with/chatting to, dont worry about what others get up to. Just have fun, let the rest do as they choose to.
