About GoV about 2 mins ago

Me and my friends, 3-4 of them were standing at GoV camping it so we could get it. At the camp there was 2 sorcs, their bots and me and my friends. So we pulled Danos when he gets to camp and first the sorcs add on our pull breaking the CoC.. i wont mention their names. after they die we get agro again and lots of adds then some other grp comes there and rezz me and my buddies asking if we could help them with GoV. I said sure and joined the Battlegroup thinking that we could lotto for it but just to be sure I ask them a couple of times but no response sadly.. we pull Danos (im still thinking that we can lotto at this time) and i get agro on my abomination. when Danos is down at about 30% the ppl in the BG starts to tell me that i cant lotto so i leave the group and the battlegroup because if i cant lotto i dont want to help them as i really need GoV.

After killing Danos they tell me im an arti stealer even if i killed the mob with agro on my pet all the time and say bye to the ones that didnt let me lotto and log out.

My friends tell me on Ventrilo that the other people at GoV that said we couldnt lotto even if I (Ocalinn) killed the mob are going to report me to GOA but i dont care because i think i did the right thing..

U didnt do the right thing, stealing artie's from people isnt right, and when we started th encoutner I was the first one to pull with my theurgist, only right thing u can do tbh is logg back on all lotto and no1 will hate u forever...

Stealing an arti is never the right solution, last guy who did it let game after few week's co's no1 cared about him and no guild's wanted him with them...

We started by me pulling few add's then Danos, we got aggro on a necro but necro died, and then u came along, u joined our bg and when Danos was on 25% u left BG looted when danos died and logged, that's a bann-able offence :/

Even if ppl wont let u lotto it, it's still illegal to steal an arti, there's thing's called helping in this game too u know?

ok, Groha said in the other thread that i was stealing the artifact and that he/she has mailed screenshots to GOA/RightNow so lets see what they say should we? after all, they are the ones that wrote the CoC etc

I have helped a lot of people with artifacts, mainly people from my guild though but some others and never have i been in a BG or Group that didnt give any info about if all members could lotto or if it was preclaimed before they pulled mob or invited me to the BG/grp

If i get reported to rightnow or GOA and banned, do they tell me what i did wrong or do they just ban me? If i did anything wrong and dont know what it is i cant correct my mistakes so if anyone has this info please tell me

And another thing!!

Just because ur pet had aggro doesnt mean u shouoldd get arti, im 100% agreeing with u that it should be lottoed

But lottoing isnt always right, and yes, Groha should have told u that it was pre-claimed, he didnt, u snapped took arti and logged, only right thing u can do, wether u like it r not is give him arti and u two lotto it

I was not there so cannot say who is right and who is wrong. Though I notice you do not dispute his story that you asked him for help and you didn't answer his questions about lotto until the mob was at 30%.

If you asked him for help, then said that he couldn't lotto not sure what GOA will do about it. I am not saying it is right, but he didn't steal it, he helped kill the mob.

don't think he will get bannend if he get reported. He was in bg so he has a right to take the arti. Seen a thread like this on midgard guy was in bg etc and goa didn't do anything, i am not sure tho.

If all the group helps out on an event and then you leave the BG then that sounds like a stolen artifact attempt (which was successful´)

right ? and isnt it arti stealin to set loot level on BG and say its pre claimed ???

not sure on the others but with my pet (buffed by 50 enhance 25% bonus bot) getting hit for 250 to 320 dmg iirc im sure a paladin could not survive for long trying to tank him with just 2 clerics healing and 1 being a bot. btw there was no Font of Power or even crack to regen power fast

Someone is telling porkies here.

If there was a necro present as the other person said then surely you would have noticed a necro. Secondly, pally could hold aggro whilst necro is rezzed and rebuffed.

If there wasn't a necro then no, they probably wouldn't have done it.

I think Ocalinn had pretty good reason to log with the artifact, after hes doing all the hard work and then told he cant lotto for it? pre claim is just greed and unfair.

For info purposes, if the Necro was part of the BG he had every right to the arti and will not be banned by us for 'stealing' it. He didn't do anything against the CoC.

Someone already spoke to Requiel ingame and got the same answer.

Ocalinn is a very nice peep, u didn't tell him he couldn't lotto when mob was at that health, so he just killed it and stayed with arti. Next time don't say no to a necro
