And you'll notice nearly all those users were in before the US release so are the Japanese FF cultist people who go to all those manga gatherings and shit.
Still waiting for something worthwhile to play Might go for Star Wars Galaxies next, though Horizons still looks good.

100% of the japanese ive meet have been very nice and very helpfull. There is a ingame translater but plenty of them speak english aswell. And why do you need to catch them in levels?

That's my concern actually lol. If you can actually play the game without a keyboard then the interactivity between players must be somewhat limited.

Well little group/guild chat would be good, but not for a whole game. Imagine 50 people trying to chat on voice at the same time.
