About EU open beta

As mentioned earlier I wasn't certain if there was going to be a EU open beta or if you had to purchase the beta kit in order to play EU beta, so I mailed Blizzard and asked and here's the reply I got:

Thank you for your interest in World of Warcraft.
We will be holding a European Open Beta Test prior the official release of World of Warcraft and it will be soon announced on our websites.
So don't miss your chance to participate to the adventure and keep an eye on http://en.wow-europe.com/ and http://www.blizzard.co.uk !
