Well does asd (Attack Speed Debuff)getting nerfed or not?
Every1 says so but i cant find any note on this in patch history.
Some1 enlighten me plz.

It's nerfed. I've confirmed it myself on Gorre. Oh, and it's not really a "nerf" per se, but rather a fix.

its indirectly mentioned, since resist debuffs will now interrupt (since they are casted spells) the opposite is also true that instant debuffs have all been 'normalised' to not interrupt..
