about a GoLM and a lazy Consignment Merchant

Yesterday I had put a "Gem of Lost Memories" on my CM at house #2367 (Arothi) for 5 platin.
Today it's gone, but the CM appears to have been too lazy to collect the money for it

If the one that withdrew (I guess that's what happened for some reason) the GoLM from my CM reads this, I'd ask you to get in contact with me please.
(or anyone that knows something about this)
