iam a newbie so this might be obvious?
i had problems installing my ati 8500 and had to reload ops windows me,all went well but when i tried to load ali-agp driver the screen went black and system crashes,the thing is my system runs fine without it,so what is it for,or do the ati drivers do the same job?
ive since found out you can get apatch from the asus site for this problem,ive now started to have problems with 3d games crashing and 3d mark
whats the verdict ?

the screen also went black and no matter how many times i C+A+D'd it it never responded
