A VW template

[Mirt]

Vales are not the easiet of classes to SC for. Does include zahur rings or anything silly like that, although the 5.10 bracer isn't the most common thing (I picked up on a CM for 1 plat a month or so ago).

Anyone able to do any better, without using zahur / oblivion rings?

Tbh I think you are misguided in only having 22% energy resists - since healer mez is on that resist type.

Mids will be running a lot of SM groups, so low spirit resist isn't a good idea. Might also see a few (wind?) theurgists. With ToA gear casters (VWs included as it happens) can get 5% resist percing, so that 18% spirit of yours becomes 13%... Anyway your toon, play it how you like

Ulirag, nice template. Shame there are no primal rings left on any CMs I'd have used one in my template otherwise. You might want to consider using the GoV since in 1,69 we get 4% melee damage on it, although it's low utility and a pain to squeze into a template.

this is the template my vw uses.. in the setgrp i was in i played as an interrupter/wildcard so i made my template after that...
+% melee dmg and more +% power would be nice.
the scythe is 3.7 speed, after trying out a slow scythe (5.5 or smth) with capped quickness etc i found out that i like faster scythes better cause vw got bad to-hit and i want to be able to stun/do side chain fast
didnt bother with +% range/magic dmg/cast speed coz i felt i didnt need that.

Tbh I think you are misguided in only having 22% energy resists - since healer mez is on that resist type.

Mids will be running a lot of SM groups, so low spirit resist isn't a good idea. Might also see a few (wind?) theurgists. With ToA gear casters (VWs included as it happens) can get 5% resist percing, so that 18% spirit of yours becomes 13%... Anyway your toon, play it how you like

Healer mezz is body, sorc mezz is energy.

Next to that I do agree with you 18% is terribily low spirit resist, but your point about the debuff thing is wrong. the passive resist piercing works just as effectively as when you have 26% resist

and the cap to resist piercing is 25% btw
