A thrusting question

I am hesitating on the final template of my armsman.
I'll be thrust+shiled specced. (chain poking)
I cant decide if I need to go for 50 thrust.
Does 46thrust +4 from items give the same damage, like 50 thrust +no bonus?

As an armsman I cant use the lvl50 thrust style, because it is based on evade.
So I would take the skillpoints on Xbow, parry, but only when I am sure, that I
wouldn't lose any damage output.

I'd like to know, if there is any official info on this question.

Indeed 46+4 and 50+0 are the same when damage is calculated, you just wont have access to the lvl 50 style. Though an armsman with Dragonfang would be funny.

Just use beartooth for a stun, it's only 6 seconds but it comes off a block which an armsman should be able to manage.

What he said is *true*, 46+4 = 50+0.
If you still have doubts, try it out with a calculator.
If it stills show the same result, then you have proof
