A RTFM question

Ok, i searched everywhere in the manual but i can't find it. Should be in it tho. What is the fastest way to select a partymember?

I know numpad 0 cycles through targets but i reckon there is a faster way to cycle through only your partymembers. Handy for healing them and such. Anyone?

While i am at it. I am lvl 10 RDM. Should i keep using sword/shield or should i go staff? What are the advantages of using a staff aside from the fact that you look more like a cool wizzard ^^. The obvious disadvantage is that you can't wear a shield.

Party members are F1-F6

And it says in the little paper with all the commands on it that comes with the box.

If you want to fight and heal at the same time just set up a macro to heal each person

/ma "Cure" <p0> - /ma "Cure" <p5>

I haven't tried using macro's yet, i guess i should look into it. Can be usefull.
