A recruiting forum? a recruiting website?

Is there any chance that Barrysworld, with all their contacts, wisdom, and with the huge community following, could put up a recruiting forum, purley for clans to find players and players to find clans? Recruiting is soooooo hard and there is no real central resource that everyone knows of and can goto and recruit at or be recruited at. surely Barrysworld is a PRIME location for something along these lines?
