That doesn't mean it doesn't happen.. but it can be punished if they find out. It's also too easy to get scammed after trading it (eg previous owned deletes all).

mythic seem to be ok about it though

after all, you can a) sell the account and they keep getting money or
b) not sell and just stop paying and they stop getting money (after they finally stop taking money from your account).

I'm suprised they don't offer a selling service so they can make money off it, that way they could make sure all selling is regulated and deleate accounts that are not sold via it (or charge people a account transfer fee).

Correct: Mythic allow it, GOA dont.

That said GOA do basically nothing to enforce it, its difficult to login for more than 2 seconds without seeing accounts on their 2nd/3rd/Xth player these days uke:

Charge 15% commission for all accounts sold but generate new game & subs details...

I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen tbh (even if a lot of us hate the idea, it is an idea to generate more revenue)
