A question for the boffins

I have had a major system failure, and have to re-format my HDD.

The question is .. do I need the original DAOC disc to load and play SI, or is the fact I have linked the games be sufficient?

SI is a seperate client, thus just install si >_<

Just couldn't find my original disc late last night, and I had access to someone elses if I needed, so just wanted to be sure
