I don't see why the translation bullshit wouldn't interfere this time you know. And 'expansion' is just a name to cover up the fact that it's a big ass patch

It's really too early to talk about this. Housing entered private beta test in US very recently and there is no set date for US yet.
What we already know is that there will be a lot of stuff to translate, ranging from items to dialogs.
