A question about the patching

As we all know the patching on euro servers are kinda slow, we're on 1.57 while us is on 1.60. Us got patched to 1.60 quiet a while ago but goa just recently got it (if i read it right), why does it take so much time for mythic to send the patch to goa? If goa got the patches at the same time mythic patched the us severs. Dont you think that we wouldnt be far behind us in patches if goa got the patches earlier instead of weeks after it got released in us? (Bet im wrong on some things here but still )

As a pure guess: it takes time because Mythic have to do the work merging the patches together (into one uber patch for Goa). Thought I wouldn't think that takes too long. umm, I give up.
