Honestly though, it's not much better here in Denmark, explanation:

Ever heard Aqua (Barbie Girl, etc.)? Well the male part of the lead singers just went solo, in interviews he says he took song lessons but omg! He was SO robbed!

Imagine the voice that song "Come on Barbie let's go party" singing all alone with no backup singers to some sort of dance/rock beat, I tell you it makes your ears bleed.

Oh you will , they don't spend 80 million quid without pushing him big time in the US market, the annoying thing is his tracks are pretty good, good producers, session musicians backing him up, top mixing , he has the works and the guy is a good performer.
But the Americans won't be impressed cos they haven't grown up with him and thay don't get his joke, that stupid grin that says, 'I'm crap really , but I'm the best you got'.
