Hibs run with +24 Body/Spirit/Energy, +16 Cold/Heat and +8 Matter (rarely +16 Matter) resist buffs. I've not seen any Hib group use a buffbot Druid for resist buffs in open RvR. For those that can't work out the math (assuming capped SC) it's generally 50% Body/Spirit/Energy, 42% Cold/Heat and 34% Matter.
