A Personal Number Plate

I seem to of recieved a letter offering me C9 *** (* Are my intials) and acording to the letter it'll not only enhance my car but also make it more special to myself and others.

There are four problems though:

1. I don't have a car.
2. I don't drive.
3. I haven't done a driving test.
4. I haven't had a single driving lesson.

Be nice if they checked I had a car before offering me a number plate for £475 + VAT....oh I know I can stick it on my computer case

The one they offered me was L4 DWH as my initials.. er.. are DWH... for 395 +VAT

I had a few domain names of mine up for renewal recently, and it seems that registration companies are able to see this and then get my mail addy off the whois info.

I swear I have recieved over a hundred mails for each domain

This is not to mention all the 'stock tips' I keep getting sent hourly by people trying to pimp thier portfolios
