A numpty question

Does DR give you catas activation if you got toa?

Also playng dr atmo spoke to king im now an innitiate and did a quest from sharkish dude got some xp....is this basicly what the champ lvls are? do these quests from those guys in side kings room until ding lvl ? or are there better quests to do...is this what the term Co5 means ? some kind of ubber quest that gives you ubber xp?
