A new cheat/hack out?

Dunno if I am being paranoid or something but I was on de_Train on BW last night and something weird happended:

Started a new round (not a new map) as Terrorist, bought weapon and started to go go go...when out of nowhere someone took my health down to 3HP with a weapon.

Thing is, there is no way any CT could have got to T spawn area within 2 secs of round start??!


And, NO, FF was NOT on.



Anyone else seen this?

I've seen it before but like Perplex it was some time a go.

Last time that happened to me was on tundra, i was on my second round as VIP and got awped whiel fighting a terrorist throwing a grenade at me.

The round ended but the grenade blew up just as the new round started, knoced me down to 160 armour and 45 health.

So my explanation is shots/explosions that carry over rounds.

Something similar happened to me.

playing Nuke, started the new round and Blammo - got killed almost straight away - never even had time to buy any weapons.

Cruised around while dead and saw something very strange. At the back of the CT start was a "ghost" image of a T.

That is very odd, talking about weird CS things. Once i was in de_vegas as CT. Bought deagle and kevlar and helmet. Ran up the stairs and shot the the boarded up window and i could swear i saw the blue suit guy as a hologram ghost dealey standing in the bedroom. Very weird, never seen it again. I tried doing exactly wat i did agn, buying the same stuff, shooting from the same position... odd...

yes, the Half-Life GMAN is in de_vegas, if you wanna see him again start a lan game, turn on sv_cheats then /noclip through the walls to see him.

No Dudda it was a BW server where Spectator mode is OFF.

I was not the Invisbility cheat, it was something else.

G-man appears in vega when two people are in certain are's of teh map at the same time, its fucking annoying when u are aiming at multiple targets and he pops up.

I am not sure this is a cheat (the thing ono is chatting about) sounds like a dodgy damage bug.

There is a crouching bug in CS1.1 which some times takes health away when u crouch i have had it happen to me b4.............its actually on the offical CS webby..................

There's also the infamous respawn bug where the server decides to spawn someone on top of you when the round restarts, insta-killing you. Maybe it's some wierd variation of that?

Yes there is a cheat that allows you to TH or TK while FF is off. Even qre there cheats that makes you schoot people while you're in spec mode.
