Well Hamro gl, don't think there are any decent freeware video capturing tools out there, both VF and Fraps are pay-to-play software, but you don't have to pay for either if you are resourceful enough. It is not nice tho so we don't do that kind of stuff do we.

Your probably running an old version of Fraps, try downloaded the latest version (2.0 i think), that works much better and comes with sound.

The demo version does that, you need to pay for the full version to get full screen capture.
