I've got everything installed, all other movies do work fine, first time that I see this to be honest

first vid I've made tbh
used cheapo editing software (i.e. free)
but no-one else in my guild who has downloaded it is having problems, but knowing the ppl in my guild, they are probably too stoned to notice the difference

lol well to be honest I always see a movie upside down when I just 1x click on it (the little pic that shows in windows shows the pic upside down) but when I open the movie with media player it always plays correctly. First time that an entire movie is played upside down and believe me I've played prob 1000s of vids before. I've got xvid/divx etc all necessary codecs installed...Dunno could be bugged decoding or some bugged codec in my comp.

I have a ton of footage, but dont have a good editor, I have a crappy shareware one that limits me to editing 60secs clips, then a crappy shareware progam that only lets me join upto 4 diff clips together

I respect everyone I encounter in Thid and never use negative emotes. I might spam /no if someone /slit me before entering combat and I kill them but thats not ment as a "you suck", more like a "nice fight but you should /slit after u killed me"

I'm just too stupid to know any better

besides, it's just a game, if I die during a half assed assassination attempt of someone in a group, I may not have got any RP's but at least some gets the pleasure of reading the 'you just killed such and such'

Besides, my lvl 50 main is a ranger, getting 1 kill before I get the inevitable 'you have just been killed' is a victory in my book.

I've killed a few hunters, and felt huge pangs of catholic guilt afterwards, they realy don't stand a chance if I get a crit-strike off, it realy is sick how far away I can see them when they are stealthed.

After killing some poor solo hunter last nite in 3 hits, and he only got the chance to hit back once and pop his doggie before dying I've decided to leave solo archers alone, and try to take out ppl in grps and the odd pet caster where possible, at least their friends have a chance of revenge, although I did kill a frostalf called Gorry last nite that didnt hit too hard, and I realised afterwards she was some sort of support class running solo, my bad, sorry Gorry.

As an archer in odins/hadrians I know how frustrating it is to die before you get the chance to fight back, it can really put you off the game. I do add on infs though, call it revenge for all those times in bg1 and bg3 infs owned my ranger

hehe I figured that, the first hit took about 10% of my hits, the second took everything that was left except for about 5%, I was in shock tbh

Btw, use Video Factory, it is a decent program with many possibilities for making nice avis. Plus, get rid of the divx codec, use xvid.

where can i get video factory? does it capture or edit?

It's for editing, for capturing, use Fraps.
VF can only capture from an external recorder, like a video camera .

For capturing opengl/direct3d applications you don't need more complicated progs than fraps, it nicely performs the 'raw material collecting program' action

Type 'sonic foundry' in google is your friend

i have fraps.. i dont want to pay money so its not fullscreen..im sure theres other programs that are free?

I got registered Fraps , rawks! but for some reason i cant play daoc movies i record , works fine with movies from battlefield1942 etc.
