Basicaly at 2am BST it will become 1am GMT, and thats no matter where you are in Europe just change BST/GMT to CET or whatever you use

A man from Scotland is on a plane, manually sets his watch to 1am, at midnight the on the day the clocks go forward. At 2am, flying from Switzerland to Heathrow, the clocks go forward, but unbeknown to him, his watch is running exactly 45 minutes fast. If it takes him 20 minutes to find out the correct time, what will be the time he lands in Heathrow, assuming the flight takes 2 hours from Switzerland ?
