1) What levels do points get auto-trained into stealth after 24?

2) What level do you get from /level - I heard it was 20, but also some say its either 20 or 30.

P.S. Also can this function be used only on the server that holds the level 50 char or is it on your whole accout?

2) This function added in 1.62 (on US now) we dont have it yet, and yes, its on your whole akkount..
PS underpopulate realm gets 30lvl, others - 20lvl
