excal is fucked and not getting upgraded anytime soon
the frenchies are getting a new server, which will initially be empty
being french goa will of course give them quad-xenon whatevers
lets move the entire excal population onto this new server, and abandon excal, getting us a better server, and quite likely a lesser zerg as people take time to lvl

so if u go play on a french server it = in french all mob names in french, all chat, all status, all item names, all actions, all quests, all skills, all spells, all rrs etc etc etc etc
