Buffer of Earth 5% Physical Damage Absorption
As for the lvl 40 thing are you talking about the re-speccing that Mythic are maye going to implement in a future patch? If so what that will do is allow you to (once) drop one skill down to 0 and then redistribute the points if you wish, won't let you do anything with your stats.
