Non-whine charter!!!! RVR related - accepting death in ANY form it takes (includes grapple bot with stunner, 8fg ganking solo and anything else inbetween )

If you play daoc and don't whine on here and accept its a game - then sign up.

If you play daoc and usually /hug opponents after they've died and never /rude or /laugh - then sign up.

If you know daoc is a game and even when ya get annoyed you just laugh it off - then sign up.

Do we think we can get 4 pages worth of players? :worthy:

I NEVER get upset over the game, i have however ruded/laughed at people when they zerged me or something as it think they are funny

Oh and i can sometime think its to zergy or something else bad in the game and logout due this, but im not upset i just realised i cant play atm.

Thing is in game you are protected from whine, its only if you choose to come to FH or IRC and be able to communicate with your opponents that you can get this. I think its natural that this forum will therefore contain a lot of shit.

some people (like the ones you describe) come here for somelight hearted discussion with the enemy but cant get that discussion because of their playstyle and the enemy referring to the time back in april 2003 when you addzored him and ruined his tango with a Troll zerker on Valhalla bridge.

Thats kind of natural though. thats just taking into account there is a competative element to this game.

Making a thread on FH on someones playstyle wouldn't improve the situation. Punching a pillow would.

Only thing I ever whine about is my own playstyle. When I fuck up, there's no end to the obsceneties I get. High expectations to oneself sucks sometimes

Well I don't whine too much - but there comes a time when you are playing and sometimes you think FFFFFFFFFS and then sometimes a small whine will come out. But better out than in - or you end up like that kid or man that smashes his keyboard up :>

If I get time (90% of the time) I will /hug and salute whoever I have killed, because dying is crappy, and I hope they come back for another fight. I /cry at people that die from steamrolling, I /rude people (rarely) when they've been a particular pain-in-the-arse for one reason or another, and I /y/y/y people that I want to get killed because they've steamrolled me :>

If you know daoc is a game and even when ya get annoyed you just laugh it off - then sign up. You can laugh off most of it, but sometimes if you have been on for many hours and you have 0 RP to show for it, it can be very dis-heartening.
There really should be a "minimum RP per session", at RR1, small RP, but by the time you get to RR9 something like 4000RP per day of a toons life that you can take every 24hours and even when you are not logged in, it keeps mounting up, so in theory without doing hardly anything, in about 5 years, you could have a RR10 toon. This would do something to appease the frustration that you can sometimes get playing the game.
I only suggest this, because sometimes you can have one of those nights where you play for 5 or 6 hours and come away with literally hardly any RP and you've done nothing wrong apart from being really unlucky. You should get points for "trying" :>

Like every player must die like many many times each session from adds, but like u see like one add whine post every couple of weeks. considering all the 1000's of players, I think that u can conclude most peeps dust theselves down and just forget about it. I think it gets on everyones tits though, I hope warhammer is a little bit more thought out so there is a little bit more meaning to fights and stuff, and 99% of your fights dont just end in death to 231241 other players in the area, because honestly if the daoc community plays it and gets the feeling that its basically daoc zerg in drag then most will quit within a month.

Actually what would save warhammer would be if not only daoc comunity joins And im pretty sure it will atract people from all kinds of games since it seems to cater to nice pve/pvp. Also it will be a whole different world an will attract lots of people who likes rpg games...and not only the leet competitive comunity. And if they leave im not sure no one will miss them^^

But not all feel the need to post here and whine...believe me.
