Finally got 999 in armour last nite/this morning
for general info the best suit of plate(with no material loss) i can do is :
arcanium fluted gauntlet AF98 114gp
arcanium scaled helm AF94 279gp
arcanium scaled boots AF94 91gp
arcanium plate legs AF90 163gp
arcanium plate arms AF90 103gp
arcanium plate breastplate AF90 269gp
total of 1019gp or 1 pp

A few other items can be made at some risk to the cloth armour componant: scale legs (AF94/279gp),fluted helm (AF98/340gp)

studded and chain AF90 avalible also, again with some pieces being higher.
