99% Friar Template

Yes i have tried the search but my IE or BW must be bugged so i get invalid page.

So is it possible to cap or nearly cap most stats, resists and skills Rejuv, Parry, Staff on a 99% Suit.

No bother if a few are not capped.

i looked at it thru archives as well

so far i collected all accessories instead of belt n rag :/

although i found a substitute for a rag wif a quest item
Diseased cloak of winter ( body n cold resist = 10 , cons :9 , charisma - 16)


it's not as good ....but i guess still does ok ..

It is very ugly if you equip it

I did that quest and while the stats on the cloak are nice, the cloak itself is ugly
