Omg lol there'd be some serious acts of GBH if this was in the UK! The longest traffic jam I've been in was about 2 hours and I was ready to get out and start beheading people with my swiss army knife just to entertain myself.

Im guessing it wont be the same people in the jam for the whole time, just that the jam has been going on for 9 days and will continue for another month with people moving very slowly through it (from their use of "bottleneck").
