Are these normal tournament sized tables? They look pretty small in the videos.

I'd give it a go, if you came to me, picked me up, organised it, and bought me 6-7 pints :)

Weird... they definitely look smaller. Maybe it´s the angle, dunno.
Anyways, nice vids dude! I`m not much of a pool player, so I have to skip your offer. But I´m playing Pool pretty regularly in my local pool center that´s about 200m away from my place. It´s run by Thomas Engert... which you probably know.

A friend of mine used to play in the german Bundesliga and has played a couple of the big names in his time... Souquet, Engert etc. And he once beat Oliver Ortmann. :worthy:

Do you not have to do the bounce off 2 walls for the black? I always thought that was a weird rule.

lol :D

no, tournament pool is a lot easier than all those housemade rules like "black hast to go into the opposite pocket of the last potted ball" and "cue ball has to be placed in the first segment of the table after a foul".

lol no :) I play world pool rules. Just a few rule examples:

After hitting the white ball on the object ball either ball has to hit a cushion or go into the pocket.

When breaking off 4 balls has to hit the cushion unless a ball is potted.
If you pot a Red ball from the break you can nominate Yellow but you would have to pot the Yellow to be on that colour because there was 7 yellows on the table.

If you break and the white goes in the other player only has 1 shot not 2. The only time a player will have 2 shots from the break is if the ball jumps off the table after a break.

You are allowed a deliberate foul. If you got given 2 shots from a foul you are not allowed a free ball unless you are unable to see both sides of your own ball and only then you are allowed to pick 1 ball of the other players balls to be yours.

I dont understand where all these rules come from about the black ball :) its all rubbish.

plus many more rules :)
