I strongly suggest ml8 raid leaders to set 8.5 as prereq as it is not a hard step, just takes some organising from 1 people. Post a thread on fh, ask your guild, or announce on /as, as you don't need a zerg for this step.

that 'hey, we're not hibs, this step is not doable with a group'. We talked a bit and I promised her to put up my way we did this step with my guild, but you dont need a too fotm group for this, just a semi balanced one.
I'll type what setup I did this step with:
1 warrior
3 healers
1 sm
1 zerk
1 rm
1 shaman.
You don't need 3 healers, 2 are enough for this step.
When talking with Kratos have all your group members get the quest. 1 people needs an empty barrel, but only him, noone else needs any items for this quest.
Here's the guideline for the quest:
-Have 1 peep run off to get water into the barrel, you can do the other stuff kratos has requested you meanwhile. (Stygia, 57k 28k)
-Kill a ketos, an orange con mob, no need to say anything. Can find millions of them in meso. Ketos giant fillet.
-Keel ghita, not a hard boss, she cons purple but hits low, pull her adds 1 by 1 before pulling her. (Arbor Glen, 2k 24k) Reward is ghitas scrying stone.
-Find gaspara (but fgs, don't attack her And play her game of chests, if you click wrong chest, just whack down the elemental she spawns. Reward is kratos chest. (Green Glades, 52k 44k )
-Creons six sons are a bit tricky, but not hard, just throw in a few mezzes and keel the healer quickly [piet!] (Arbor Glen, 15k 38k) You need to manually pick the heads up, 6 different ones.
With the centaur bois, wait til the barrel guy returns, when he's with you, keel the 6 sons, hand the items to kratos, and get reward, Agnes Right Leg. Don't forget to put it away.
If you can't get a decent-enough group to do this step, then do it with 2 groups as it is bg compatible, just not with the bg raid as it takes years to do, and not that hard...
