45util if you aren't a fire wiz (the +3fire is useless) but 45util is still nice

Ok I'll make you all happy some of you by spelling the word cloaK correct and the rest of you by telling it was dropped in Avalon City by a red/purp con mob (we pulled 3 and i dont remember wich one of em dropped it) Anyhow its a ROG created drop that turned out to be very nice.
Regarding the utility just fire up a spellcraft calculator enter the stats of the cloaK and you will see that it has a utility of 45 if you do not look at the +fire. The +3 on fire gives it another 15 points making it a 60 utility cloa ... DROP if you are one of the ppl that has fire in his spec.

I think he means Clock, so a 60 UV clock will tell the time really well, esp if ur a fire wiz, but if ur not, it will tell the time pretty well.
