first of all, unless you want to go for a Dwarven Short Sword (16.5dps/3.0spd) and Weighted Bearded Axe (16.5dps/2.9spd), go for an Axe specc with a Cleaver/WBA combo (for the imbue points)

The WoW belt isnt that easy to get though and the glacier gem is totally pot luck witch one you get, and Hells, I am using a dorf ss and WBA.

just replace the +axe with +sword ... won't change anything.
Just that Cleaver/WBA gives you more damage than DSS/WBA due to the greater haste.
But SBs are gonna be gimped in a week or two anyway, no matter how you spec

wiered to see 37 imbuepoints on the left hander...tought most la shades used db/cleaver main and hand axe for left hand. And Leftaxe being a lvl46 item.

I find that DDS/WBA hit faster and its better for messing up the reactional styles of your target if they need a block/parry/evade to pull thier next move off.

Here is what I most likely will use on my sb, it cap's all but matter (missing 1 point), if you really wanna cap it get a extra pair of MP gloves and put 8 envenom on them (then lower +4 to envenom to +3), tought about doing that also but even tough i'm a tailorer myself I don't think 1% matter resist is worth the diffrence of a 99qua and a mp glove.
Btw it's using DB axe (lvl50 item) and Hand axe (lvl46 item) so if you plan on using higher lvl items there prob won't be any problems getting that last % up.

slight error on my add, the envenom on the weapon (+4) should be replaced with any other +4 skill as the bonuses on envenom weapons dont work as its suppost to.

He is saying that the +4 env should not be on the weapon as the way the game works, when you apply venom it unequips the weapon first.
So, if you wanted to aplly LB for example and need the full +11 from items to get to 50 env, then before the venom was applied the weapon would unequip, losing the extra +4 env, thus not being applied because you would be 4env short...
I know what I mean, but I dunno if that makes sense
