Just look at the present 3 realms, u got King Arthur; you got a lot of Irish stuff and you got the Norse mythology so ninjas and stuff like that wouldn't fit in...
"Native Americans" aren't really a choice either especially as mythic is an american company...
There are a lot of other possibilities remaining in Europe or you could even introduce some Islamic realm like the Turks (doh, no taliban sry)
We still have plenty to steal and corrupt so no need to go east yet

In keeping with their more recent heroic war efforts they will stand outside pretty cafe's waving the flag of whichever realm is invading at the time.

French units abilities could include:

• Garlic breath stun
• Aura of body odor - no melee enemy can get withing required distance to do any damage
• could go on but i know the post will get deleted so point really...
