browsing trough alakzam i stumbled across this cloack :

Charisma: -15 pts
Constitution: 9 pts
Body Resist: 10%
Cold Resist: 10%

wich gives an utility of 46points
never tried the quest but it seems rather easy

seems a good cloack to start SC'ing

I did the quest, the stats on the cloak are indeed nice, however..

the cloak is UGLY

It's non hooded and I believe it also had 'fancy' colouring/bordering.

I bet some people don't mind that, but I look at my toon from the back and the idea looking to that cloak all the time makes me..... let's just say not happy

Giv spellcraft jewels that give negative bonuses (and cost negative SC points to imbue).

-75 Empathy (-49 sc points)
+40 Piety (26 sc points)
+15% Heat (30 sc points)
+15% Cold (30 sc points)

(30x2) + 30 + 26 - 49 / 2= 34 pts.
