I think what she meant was that it will be very confusing if all msgs were given over the main forums.
Shanessa is called Shanessa over the forums, if you want to write to her (I think).
Forums is a place to discuss, like they did in Forum Romana, from which the name Forum comes.
If you want to send a msg, just use the Private Messages, it makes the forum less flooded with msg, since the mods won't make a raid section of the Forum Albionía
