Seems like sle-franc1-1-0.sprintlink.net is in serious trouble .. many people on my server have this problem ,any one else ?

On some days, it's almost back to normal, some days it's 4 to 6 seconds. No time to figure out what or where the problem is tho

Do the tracert and paste it in a RightNow report for GOA.

Opentransit are their host, so as such, they have a high interest in keeping at least those hops unlagged.
