360 media centre

ok just actualy remebered i could conect the PC and 360 using this.

So a few questions, is there a way to get codec for the 360 as nearly every vid i have uses divx and the 360 doesnt support the codec.

If not any free programs that can change divx or whatever to WMA <shudder> so i can watch my collection of Vids on my spangly TV via the 360?

prefably without loss of quality.

shame we cant run unsigned code on the 360 yet other wise xbmc on the 360 would be uber, and usb2 ports could help make it into a pvr

transcodes good codecs into mediacentre rubbish, my mate uses it to stream stuff from his media centre pc to his 360 says its works nicely.
