360 acting queer

suddenly today my 360 decides it doesnt want to connect to live. reason being it failed the MTU test.

ive tryed turning everything on and off etc. updated firmware for my router and all that business.

i dont have any setting on my router to change the MTU, so wtf am i supposed to do? it has been working for months untill now

Have you tried applying the required port forward settings to your router?

This may help. I remember having a similar problem in the bad old days and I think this helped. I may be entirely wrong though.

(I realise that port forwarding has little to do with max transfer units but I thought it was worth a shot )

I have this problem sometimes i think the problem is NTL (wow what a suprise?)

I read about xbox being down for maintenance, not sure when but I bet it was that.
