Hi all!

I'm looking to make a buffbot account for my Infil after 2 years unbuffed, but i have a few questions..

1. Do i need to buy a new version of Daoc/SI/TOA?

2. Can my existing cd keys be used for a second account? Or do i have to purchase copies?

3. Will it run well enough even on 56k connection? (Obviously i'll keep my bot minimised)

you will a unique CD-KEY for classic to start up a new account (and SI + ToA if you want your buffbot in those areas)

currently the only way to get a unique CD-KEY is to buy a boxed copy of the game.

Unsure about running two accounts over 56k, but i know the DAOC traffic in itself is pretty low so this should be ok, but like i say - cant comment

Ohh and remember you cant have two accounts registered to the same email address, so you will need to register the new account with a different email

Not speaking from personal experience but I have a friend who lives in a third world country (wales) and he can play 2 accounts on 56k with no trouble.

yes but in the third world he one of the only people on 56k so he got the hole 56k to himself, unlike me my 600k back stabing broadband is suppost to be fast...it runs at 5k average

im sure i have both my accounts reg'd to the same email .. dont think there is anything to stop this tho i will have to check it out to make sure

you used t be able to use 1 email address to register accounts but now you need diffrent email for each account If you have used 1 email account for multi accounts in the past you will find when you try to change your email address in subs that you can;t. You need to find the last account you made and change that one to a new email then change next one etc till all accounts have diffrent email address.
