2H Pally?

Is there any around on excal? Seems a lot of pallies in US spec 2H. Are they just silly americans or do they have a point?

Silly americans. They see a paladin as just another member of the assist train. Thats my take on it anyway. Maybe if (as a little dickie bird tells me) they remove double speccing for albs in the not too distant future they may be viable but currently I dont think so (just ask Synergy casters and clerics how valuable shield is)

Me personally, i dont take on board a lot of what is said on that pally forum. The TL in my opinion is one of the best mind, but still. The americans still think a friar has no place at all in an RvR group, and you are laughed upon if you say other wise. They also think +400 hits with sub 20 resists are better than +200 hits and capped resists. See their logic? I dont. When people on here used to say "vn boards, clueless yanks", i never believed them. SInce ive been reading the US boards I fully agree.
