250 quick cap and celt rangers

Im in a bit of a pickle at the minute with my Sc template on the quickness front, in regards to the 250 cap.

My problem is this, i know i dont need to put 75 quick into my template to achieve the 250 quickness cap, which means i can put a certain amount of quickness into my template, and still achieve the cap. But i need to know the how much to put in.

So my question is how much +quick do purple buffs give. If i know that, i can find out the exact number needed to put into my template.
