New frontiers will spell the end of the game to so many tank class players who have spent the last few months getting all TOA'd up. I don't play one but I still think that's pretty fooking sucky. If my main was a tank I'd cancel now and save myself the money and time spent between now and NF release here.

Well I'm quitting in August when me subs runs out. Cancelled my subs last night Sod playing a game where melee classes are a pointless waste of time except for pve.

Wish i could do that.. Atleast I can drool over my nifty templates i make for Thumb, for it seems like I will get those items I 'want' like 'NF +2 years' or so based on the speed I catch up on arti hunts and other ToA activities..

with all keep battles and strategic places in nf archers of all stealthers wil prosper,whiles my zerker wil be reduced to pretty mutch a universal door opener as i dont see him doing mutch more then wacking on doors.
To then rush into the keep and be cut down by the archers and casters who postioned themself on and in the center structure.

With all the porting around assasins will prolly have a bit more trouble ambushing that solo caster at a nearow pasage.

Warrior is going warlord,to at least be able to do something from inside the keep or when attacking ,all if its only fireing that treb a bit faster.
And ofc the "come-to-close-and-i'l-hurt-you-long-time" shaman

Hehe, just pulling your leg a bit...just find it amusing that people still get upset when I post some facts about archers and NF.

I aint bitter, I aint whining, in fact; I belive that sbs will get even more powerful in NF with the new ras like Vanish, 5-15 min Purge, Viper and stuff.

Tanks might become useless, but since noone have tried NF...its too early to say that. Even IF they do become useless, i´d still love my warrior and pump him up with TOA stuff and get a bb for solo rvr play :-P

They weren't changing most rvr to keep take/defense remember TOA wasn't an rvr expansion but New Frontiers is. It'll all be ranged from NF unless mythic sort something out soon you're savage can sit at the back holding ammo for a treb.

How many tank classes do you see in that top 10?
Zero.

Ummm I don't really don't see why all the doom and gloom.

NF is new and people are having fun taking keeps and relics, and to be fair the keeps are the biggest new changes. Archers have "always" done well at keep/relic defence.
Give it a couple of months and I suspect people will get bored of taking defended keeps and a new Emain will be born. Tanks will be back and the archers will be begging for keep takes and groups again.....

I also suspect a new area will be born where assassins go to gank each other away from the zergs...

Just my opinions ...... probably worthless...
