Hello all,

This is just a small news to assure you that we are still patching today despite yesterday's server problems. We are still investigating what the cause was, and we will keep you updated throughout the day, both on this and on patch progress.

Hmm no updates in 7hours or so could we please hear something from u goa when you esitmate the servers are up ? :x

Yes...

Mythic in US gives updates every hour or so when there is troubles........GOA, 2 times every day....if they would improve that....I would be more understanding

Why not tell people whats wrong, instead of this secrecy

Yeah...

Most people can accept that having technical problems is part and parcel but to make an official statement saying you will keep people updated and then not doing so is very poor and fundamentally bad business practice. It's pretty understandable why many get so annoyed with GOA if they can't honour simple things like this.

what do u expect its gone 1700 hrs in France, they knocked off for the day .......
