/20 to -50 grp

always wanted a 50 hib so decided to take action will be running 8 person grp once a week on sundays for 5hrs starting from 12pm-5pm UK time
the intention is to do PVE til 50 (bg fun included ofc), and then possible rvr after hence the grp setup. These chars will start at /20
group setup as follows:

drood- Kjams drood
drood- FREE
warden- FREE
bard- Myself - Arro
hero- FREE (pls i know luris are cute but con is just too low to start with to be a MA
hero/champ s/s - Heriv's champ
manachanter- Rhuvethas chanter
manaeld- FREE

im looking at 49 nurt and 42 reg for final spec but for PvE as we have 2 druids maybe i should spec some weapon to fight aswell ?
