Well, want to say gratz to a really good night of fun, played for about 6 hours got 142RP, it was excellent.

Mids V Albs, We tried to raid the keep a few times but we where out numbered and out guned, them damn doors are far to hard.

But still i loved it.

What happened to the Hibbies i saw one group all night then nothing from them at all?

Yesterday I tested the Battlegrounds with my alt, my god I love being a Infiltrator.

Now I can finally get some payback to all the mezzing, sniping and backstabing my main char suffers =)

Tkz to all the Albs and mids that showed...didnt see many hibs thought...

PS: I should have named this char "Retribution"

We were killing and being killed ( Hi Nova ) in the Cursed Forest, trying to get some drops from epic mobs. This might explain the lower Hib turnout.

Aye, it was ace fun in low Battle grounds last night.

I spent most of the time laying on the floor, but when I wasn't I was absolutely enjoying myself.

I missed the Hibs as well, but it was good fun with the mids.

battlegrounds IMO aint about rp, its about killing for fun - i dont care if i get rp for a kill or not. Infact id rather not then i dont have to waste time leveling my char for the next bg

and where are the hibs?
i have a char in the 30-35 and the 20-24 and theres like 1 hib in the whole place, while alb and mid zerg each other (was really good fun)

Btw on my level 22 scout (Cows GoMoo) i killed 23 people yesturday and only 12 rps to my name (because of the rp cap, and the fact that if you kill someone whos been damaged by a group then u get no rp)

the bg keep doors are way too hard ... It's almost impossible to get the keep without rams, and who has rams at lvl 20-24 We are trying for about 40 minutes to take Thidranki Faste now, and the door is still at 95% hp. Maybe he is bugged or something, but this isn't normal...

It has indeed sparked a new life into the game, only problem i have now is getting out of them BG to lvl my Scout and others, just to tempting to click my Wizard and let loose the dogs of war.

No Hibs?

The hibs were there. Just not many. Ask Ryven, Ral, Ljod, Tolgar, Minitank and others if you dont believe me. Oh and sorry to the yellow Kobie I 1hitted. 338 damage is a hell of a lot, don't u wear armour? Thats my cap on lvl 1 greys!

P.S. I kept shooting Albs too, but i dont think I actually managed to kill any. I did shoot a wizard called Icy a few times though. That name sounds familiar.......

P.P.S. Silly boy Intra. Laugh at me as a corpse and you will feel me firing sharp bits of wood into you as often as I see you. We are even now. Please show a little respect to your enemy. If we dont turn up cos u piss us off, who u gonna fight then?

i agree about the doors in the 20-24

they are normal doors which is just stupid really, we killed all the mids, all the guards, inc archers - but it took like 45 min just to get the first door to 95% hp, with like 15 tanks on it.

I had a great time last night and I hope the albs did as well, personally I found 20-24 bg's much more entertaining then the 30-35 one, just my humble opinion though. Hope to see you all again.

bad to say but mostly the lvl20-24 bg sucks for me (hib)

as anyone can see thru my stealth (10+5) from like 10 meters away, its useless really

and the hib turnout is usually bad, when the hibs turn up at the bg, they just seem to run and die, and have to say that most ppl playing on the hib side are kinda newbie'ish
(lvl24 champ,hero,druid wearing reinforced should be "nuff said")

also the mid zerg doesnt help :/

Great action today, dont think I was online for when you were on the door for 45 minutes.

Today there was a lot of hibs on the bridge to the keep, but we have so many AE nukers it causes massive panic in their ranks and we chop them down while they flee, same for albs really.

Part of the time we also camped the alb tk a bit but no one really wanted to do it for a long time as there wasnt many people around and us mids wanted action

The hibs did the best attack on the keep this evening, even getting to the gates but me and a runey made them flee by the amount of AE nukes (I dont know, but ae nukes really seem to scare people even if it only scratches them )

Albs..was fun exchanging spells on the balcony but really...you camped outside our keep for 2 hours and just blasted at the people on the balcony, who were also getting rezzed almost as soon as they died...but if the gate is indestructable I can see why you didnt bother...


Anyway great action...shame im nearly on my cap though, what will I do when I cant cast my ae hammer on everyone :/

(btw scouts/rangers really annoy me, in the chaos of battle they can cripple me really quickly when Im not concentrating and dont engage etc)

2 things tho, autotraining stealth and the BG's dont mix and strangely everyone in the 20-24 BG seems to be erm 24, funny that. Oh well back to the xping for another 4 lvls. See ya soon

Well, it all seemed quite good fun earlier, when I gave Tyrantanic his first run-out in RvR, my only thought at the moment is what the hell mythic were thinking when they made the keep doors upgradable. It seems the mids have done it first - used twinked chars with lots of cash (such as myself, admittedly) to make the doors uber-tough, so that rams are (realistically) required to get in. Come on, rams in a 20-24 bg? you have to be kidding me, that kind of thing just aint gonna happen.
