2 strange mobs in Uppland.

Yesterday while helping Venomis with his lvl 48 epic we ran into 2 named mobs wich i dont remember the names off (doh).
One was a giant and the other was a very big horsie
They stood next to eachother and when we pulled the horse the giant also came.
No drops from the horse, but the giant dropped "Ice Cold Giant Blood" and Heimer got it, wee a drop we thought but no, no properties, but what is it? I mean it can't be a level 49killtask or something cuz they both conned purple to a level 50, can this be some OTD that they havent really fixxed yet? I would appreciate if someone could tell me what these mobs are there for and what this "Ice Cold Giant Blood" is.

Giants name is Hrungir or some,

We have killed before last patch and it dropped nothing to us then , so must be random drop or something after last patch....

Well, gotta go kill it and see if it drops anything for us now

Yeah Hrungnir and the horse's name was "Gullefjun" or something like that

Actually they are to be found in Odin's Gate and not Uppland

Hrungir (bit smaller version of GG) and Gullfaxi (larger version of frost stallion, except that Gullfaxi doesn't chain-procc those nasty nukes) are their names if I don't remember wrong and can be found on the top of a hill at loc 45k,45k, approx.

Anyone knows why they were implemented in the game in the first place?
I really hate named mobs who doesn't drop proper items ;-)
