2 necro questions

Hi

I have a bot-less sight necro and have 2 questions

1) If I only use necro for solo-farming how much sight should I take him up to (Ive read somewhere 47 or 48 but am unsure)

2) Ive currently got Wild Power 3 and am wondering whether to spend the next 10 realm skill points on WP4 or whether to get MOM/augdex/aug/acui etc. - I was working on the basis that on avg WP4 would do more damage due to higher crit rate but have no idea how to prove etc.? - btw all i am interested in is maximising damage while farming.

1.) take DS till the last DD you need to leech as much as possible pwr/life
2.) MoM III imo worth more than WP4 at some lower rr but thats my opinion
