You want to put an internet service provider inside a PC.

You'd have trouble fitting all the technicians in, never mind the coffee machines and networking products.

Seriously though; why would you want to use 2 ISPs for your broadband?

Then you have two possible routes and two external gateways.

so it would work? as in, 24/1 + 8/1 = 32/2? if one connection have better ping to goa, would that one be used automatically by daoc?

Nope the lines would be seperate and its up to you to configure windows with the correct route to take otherwise it would just take whatever is first.

Your bandwidth wont increase at all, but it would be possible to play DAOC through one line and download porn through the other.

If you have 1 ADSL capable line and you've ordered a non-adsl service, (i assume thats ntl/blueyonder) then you can use the adsl until your isp/line provider ceases the line.

It is technically possible to run 2 different connections on one pc (at work i have a wireless connection to a private 1mb adsl router, and another to my work connection which is 150mbit.)

Think it will use one card, and let the other be inactive tho.

It's not as simple as using ISDN.. single and dual duplex. Try google for some information about how to set all this.
